Payment
I send the item out to the address shown on your PayPal account, so please check the address is correct. If you want the item sent to an alternative address include this in the notes to seller section. Occasionally I've come across addresses in paypal that differ slightly from the etsy address, on these occasions I have contacted the buyer to clarify the address, which has meant the item took longer to post.
If you wish to cancel an order please get in contact with me as soon as possible. If the item has not been posted this will not be a problem, however if the item has already been sent then a full refund will be issued when the item has been returned in it's original condition. I can not refund used or worn items. If your purchase was faulty or had been damaged in transit then I will also reimburse your postage costs.
Shipping
Occasionally I will re use packaging materials, in order to be more environmentally friendly.
I try to send out all items within 2 days of payment, however I am a full time Mum and during busy periods it may be 3 days. If you need something quick let me know and I will aim to get it out the next day.
Packages outside of the UK usually take 10 days to two weeks, but often take up to three weeks, particularly to the US. Unfortunately, this is out of my control, if your item has not arrived after three weeks then please get in contact with me.
